OQC Shipment Inspection

★　Quality Inspection System 

・omplete inspection of 100% of final products (partial inspection of 200%)；

・The inspection of shipment shall be in accordance with ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 standard, and the inspection of incoming materials and patrols shall be in accordance with II AQL0.4 standard

★　Product Reliability Evaluation System 

・Corrosion resistance (salt spray test)/temperature and humidity test

・High and low temperature test/wear resistance test/pencil hardness test 

・Tightness(tensile tightness, bagel test) 

・Alcohol tolerance test/sweat tolerance test

・RCA wear resistance test/boiling test/artificial nail test 

・Testing of cosmetics resistance/ weatherability test/drop test 

・Mobility Insulation Test/Transmittance Test 

・Water test/drop hammer test
